Beautiful serving bowl for Autumn dinners. It’s in brown tones and has gold accents in the “V” shaped that separates the scoops and around the edge. The gold is rubbed of in some areas. It’s not signed but I believe it to be foreign. The girl is dressed Victorian short dress with boots and umbrella. Going for a walk. You could even use it as a display piece. Some hand painting, small dots on the flowers. The bowl is large 12” x 8 1/2” x 3” deep.
